CHS wins Trojan Invitational | Collierville Independent

The Collierville High School wrestling team placed first as a team on Jan. 5 at the Millington High School’s Trojan Invitational by defeating Bartlett and Little Rock Central. Individual placers included John Warren (1st, 106), Mitchell Nguyen (1st, 126), Diego Scott-McCabe (4th, 132), Jake Simpson (3rd, 132), Hunter Richardson (3rd, 138), Seth Williams (3rd, 145), Colin Compton (1st, 152), Tyler Kennel (3rd, 160), Gray Yoder (4th, 160), Billy Rainey (1st, 170), Cameron Tarver (3rd, 182), and Tres Ring (2nd, 285). Other high school teams that attended the tournament were Southwind, Kingsbury, Raleigh Egypt, Fayette Academy, St. George’s, Memphis Academy Health and Sciences, Brighton and Millington.
