Board will vote on dog park builder
The Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will consider a $34,459 contract next week for the construction of an off-leash dog park at Suggs Park.
Board members will vote Monday night whether to award the contract to Memphis-based Barnes and Brower Inc.
The project will consist of 1,328 linear feet of 5-foot fencing, a sidewalk and ramp to the site and a 1,092-square-foot concrete access and control area.
Board members voted 5-0 in July to relocate the off-leash area from W.C. Johnson Park to Suggs Park.
