Vesta Home Show returns to Spring Creek Ranch

The 2020 Vesta Home Show will be held in the Grand Manor of Spring Creek Ranch on Jack Straw Blvd. in Collierville from Oct. 3-25.
Sponsored this year by The Bank of Fayette County, the 2020 Vesta Home Show features four magnificent homes that re-define excellence in new home design and construction.
Each features innovative interior designs and cutting-edge technologies for today’s and tomorrow’s needs and changing lifestyles. This year’s builders are Dave Moore Companies, City Hill Homes, Grissom Homes, and Griffin Elkington Residential Construction & Development
The Vesta Home Show is produced each year by the West TN Home Builders Association.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and pandemic situation, the Association has implemented enhanced health and safety measures and precautions for all employees and visitors to ensure that everyone may enjoy their visit.
“The safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff is our top priority,” said Kanette Keough, Executive Director of the West TN Home Builders Association. “The pandemic has certainly presented new challenges, but we’ve focused our attention of finding new opportunities.”
The 2020 Vesta Home Show will offer free seminars and workshops on weekdays, along with a discounted ticket price in an effort to drive traffic away from the busier weekends. To encourage visitors to spend more time in the open air, the Vesta Home Show will feature a range of interactive outdoor exhibits.
New to Vesta this year will be the Outdoor Living Idea Center. Sponsored by Ferguson Bath Kitchen and Lighting Gallery, the Outdoor Living Idea Center will spotlight high-end outdoor grills and kitchen appliances, along with unique outdoor furnishings and accessories.
“The more time we spend at home, the more we look for ways to expand our living spaces,” said Keough. “Our Outdoor Living Idea Center offers visitors the inspiration and information needed to turn their backyard into the living spaces of their dreams.”
There are a variety of ways to experience the 2020 Vesta Home Show, including special ticketed events before and after the hours of general admission.
On Tuesdays, the Vesta Home Show will celebrate Seniors. In addition to reserving the first two hours of each Tuesday for seniors and those with compromised immune systems, show officials will offer special seminars on topics of interest to Seniors and their families.
Realtor Wednesdays will begin before the gate opens to the general public with Dine & Design, a limited ticketed event that includes a guided tour of the Vesta Homes, followed by a boxed brunch and an enlightening Chat-Back with Vesta interior designers.
Free seminars offered during regular show hours will be geared toward those interested in buying, selling, remodeling, or redecorating a home.
Thursdays will focus on Outdoor Living, with seminars and workshops that will provide information and expert insights on how to create an Outdoor Oasis.
The show will close at 3 p.m. and reopen at 5 for private events.
Food Truck Fridays will offer the opportunity for visitors to get out of the office, tour the Vesta Homes, enjoy a delicious lunch, and experience the natural beauty and the serenity of Spring Creek Ranch.
“I’m especially excited to introduce our new Dine & Design event”, said Keough. “I think it will be fascinating to tour these magnificent homes, then hear how the designers turned their visions into reality. I’m also excited that Say Cheese has agreed to be one of our Friday Food Trucks. I’m looking forward to enjoying one of their delicious sandwiches beside the lake.”
The 2020 Vesta Home Show is located in the Grand Manor of Spring Creek Ranch, Boyle’s master-planned 820-acre residential community located in the Collierville reserve area. The Grand Manor offers rolling terrain and stately mature trees, along with prime views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and Chinquapin Lake.
Those interested in visiting the 2020 Vesta Home Show are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance. The CDC recommends limiting the handling of cash, therefore no cash will be accepted at the ticket booth.
Masks are required for admission, recommended throughout the show, and required to be worn inside the homes.
Visitors are asked to stay home if experiencing a fever, cough, or other symptoms of COVID-19, or have recently traveled to an area with a high number of COVID-19 cases.
General admission ticket prices are $15 for weekdays and $25 for weekends. Special before and after event tickets will range from $35 to $75.
To allow for safe social distancing, a limited number of tickets will be sold each day. Those interested in purchasing tickets or more information should go to www.westtnhba.com.
