PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville will meet on Monday, December 8, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider the following:
Ordinance 2014-06 – Second Reading and Public Hearing – Request approval to rezone 9.14 acres, known as Lot 1, Tara Oaks Commercial Subdivision, from SCC Shopping Center Commercial to R-3A High Density Residential on the east side of Collierville-Arlington Road between Harpers Ferry Drive and Tara Oaks Drive. Copies of the Ordinance are available for review at Town Hall during regular business hours. All persons wishing to comment on the proposed Ordinance should be present. Written comments will also be accepted.
