Site plan approved for assisted living facility | Collierville Independent

The Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen has approved the final site plan for Beehive Homes Assisted Living Facility in the North Sanders Creek subdivision.

Board members unanimously approved the plan for the 8,853-square-foot assisted living facility Monday night during their regularly scheduled meeting.

The facility will be built on 3.16 acres on the north side of Wolf River Blvd. between Holy Apostles Episcopal Church and Claridge Pet Spa.

Because the development is less than 10,000 square feet, it is being processed as a minor site plan that does not entail a formal review and recommendation by the town’s Planning Commission.

The single story facility will include a 16-bed assisted living building, a pad-ready surface for a future building and parking for both buildings. The facility will eventually contain space for 37 beds.
