Dispatcher Tyler Barthel was selected the Employee of the Month for December 2019. Barthel was selected for his performance and knowledge he exhibited when he received a 911 call regarding an individual that was choking. The caller was able to perform the Heimlich maneuver on the choking individual through Barthel’s detailed instructions. The individual has since fully recovered from the incident.
