Officers honored for saving lives

Last week, Collierville Officers Frank Renner and Mario Marino were given life-saving awards for their response to the Jan. 26 incident where two CPD Officers were injured.

Officers Renner and Marino immediately recognized the life-threatening nature of the injuries and began emergency first aid until medical teams could arrive.

“The actions of both officers prevented a potential tragedy and brought stability to a chaotic situation,” said Chief Dale Lane. “Join with us in congratulating both for a job well done.”
