PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville, Tennessee will meet on Monday, November 24, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway.
Among items to be considered will be a PUBLIC HEARING on the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE 2014-08
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE III, ADMINISTRATION, CHAPTER 34: TOWN COURT BY AMENDING SECTION 34.05 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF COLLIERVILLE.
A copy of the full ordinance is available for review at Town Hall during regular business hours. All persons wishing to comment on the proposed ordinance should be present. Written comments will also be accepted.

COLLIERVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING – November 18, 2014
Notice is hereby given that the Collierville Public Library Board will meet Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Collierville Town Hall, located at 500 Poplar View Parkway. At that time, consideration will be given to the following:

3. Approval of Minutes from October 23, 2014
4. Consideration of authorization to notify Library Systems and Services, LLC (LSSI) of the Collierville Public Library Board’s intent to exercise its right to terminate without cause the Library Management Services Agreement (Contract No. GS-14-00589) effective July 1, 2015.
