Collierville was one of six local schools to participate in the pre-season jamboree Friday night at Arlington High School. The Dragons beat Millington 14-0 and displayed a strong running game for much of the contest. Arlington, Bartlett, Germantown and Houston also competed in the abbreviated 25-minute games. Collierville’s season starts Friday against Bolton. The Collierville Independent will publish the annual Gridiron Glory section next week to preview the 2014 season.
