DESIGN REVIEW COMMISSION – December 12, 2013
Notice is hereby given that the Design Review Commission (DRC) for the Town of Collierville will meet on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 5:00 pm for a non-voting work session meeting in the Development Conference Room at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway. The non-voting work session of the Design Review Commission is informal. Its purpose is to discuss projects and/or potential projects in light of the Design Guidelines. At that time, consideration will be given to the following:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval Additions, Deletions, or Modifications to Agenda
4. Discussion of Pending Applications or Potential Applications:
A. DRC13-17 – Bob Dalhoff, with Dalhoff Thomas Design Studio, has requested a review and discussion of a Comprehensive Design Manual and Architectural Guidelines for The Farms at Bailey Station (Area 1and 1A of the Ballard Property Planned Development) on 35.55 acres located on Crooked Creek Drive, east of Houston Levee Road.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, will hold regular monthly meetings on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee, to consider any and all business which may properly come before it.
The agenda for each meeting will, if reasonably possible, be made available 48 hours in advance of the meeting and posted on the Sunshine Board at Town Hall, on the Town’s website at www.collierville.com and/or may be viewed on cable Channel 17.
Notice of special meetings of the Board will be given, if possible, by publication in a newspaper of general circulation. Notice of special meetings will also be given by posting a notice on the Sunshine Board at Town Hall and/or may be viewed on cable Channel 17.
