The 43rd annual Germantown Festival was held Saturday and Sunday at the Germantown Municipal Center Complex. The popular Running of the Weenies featured dozens of fleet-footed Dachshunds. Other dogs participated in the Costume Contest. Dusty the Train was the winner of the annual contest.
