Two people walked away from a small plane crash Wednesday afternoon in Collierville.
No one was seriously hurt when an ultra light plane crashed into a pond on Reynolds Road.
Collierville police said the ultra light was traveling south from Colonial Air Park Airport. When the engine began to sputter, the two people on board attempted to land in a field.
After landing, they were able to get out of their safety harnesses before an explosion occurred.
