Patriot Bank supports local high school baseball

On April 13, the Collierville Dragons hosted rival Arlington Tigers and District Athletic Director Jeff Curtis left no base unturned in welcoming Patriot Bank as the title sponsor to Patriot Bank Park for the first time.

The park is home to both the junior varsity and the varsity baseball teams and Patriot Bank has the naming rights to the facility over a 10-year period.

Friends and family members of Patriot employees gathered for a pre-game tour of the school’s state-of-the-art training and coaching facilities. Coaches, players and volunteers shared their appreciation with the bank for its continued partnership in high school sports.

After the tour, Director Curtis presented Chairman and CEO, Charles Ennis, with an autographed baseball bat on behalf of the entire team.

Then, the Patriot Team took the field where employees were recognized by name before a crowd of fans from both Collierville and Arlington (Patriot has offices in each of these locations). Notables included, Larry Boyd (Collierville SVP/Mortgage), Larry Jackson (Bank President), Keith Barger (EVP/Mortgage), Katie Thornton (Customer Service), Sara Honeycutt (Collierville Branch Manager), Ghazal Williams (Collierville Loan Administrator), Cedric Anderson (Raleigh Mortgage Loan Officer), Charles Ennis (CEO), Dawn Daniels (Arlington Vice President), Pansy Hall (Collierville Mortgage Officer), Alexis Heinz (Collierville Mortgage Loan Officer), Charles Brasfield (Collierville Vice President) and Tina Walker (Chief Operations Officer).Charles Brasfield, Collierville Vice President, threw the honorary first pitch of the game.

Employees were then treated to food and fun as the two teams took the field. Patriot Bank congratulated both teams for renewing the great American pastime this spring.
