Minor school bus accident reported in Collierville | Collierville Independent

A bus transporting students to Bailey Station Elementary School was involved in a minor traffic accident on Friday morning, according to Collierville Schools officials.

Collierville Schools Chief of Staff Russell Dyer said the bus bumped a vehicle while backing up. Students were on board. No injuries were detected.

“Upon arrival at school,” Dyer said, “the parents of all students involved were contacted by the school staff, prior to students reporting to class.”

The accident is under investigation by the Collierville Police Department.
