John Green hosts Open House

More than 50 town officials, business owners, friends and family members attended the much anticipated Open House event last Wednesday at the new John Green & Company Realtors two-story office space at 50 N. Main Street.

To celebrate 40 years, not only on the Square but also in Collierville, the company created a friendly place to reflect its experiences with our wonderful community.

The $2.5 million building features a rooftop event space that provides a picture-perfect view of the Square. The company also added a commercial space for lease to “better get to know other businesses, entrepreneurs and groups in Collierville.”

Another aspect of the move to the opposite end of the Square was motivated by a determination to see Washington Square, the new commercial sector of the Historic District, flourish just as the Square has done.

The renovations of Mensi’s and Lost Pizza Company are just a preamble.

“Our building is just another way that we continue building neighbors with you,” said John Green, founder and broker.
