Gateway Tire & Service has a new location under construction in Collierville. Designed by Renaissance Group, the $2 million project includes 16,744 square feet with 18 bays for service. The anticipated completion date is early 2014. Located on Poplar Ave. at Crisscross Lane in a historic district of Collierville, the facility is masonry construction with metal roof accents. According to Barry Allmon, Renaissance Group’s project architect, “The Collierville Gateway location will be a unique facility, due to its exterior appearance which was modified to blend in with the historic surroundings. The facility has grey and white brick and the large format chiseled face stone.”
