Face masks required in town buildings

In keeping with the Shelby County Health Department’s Health Order No. 24, Collierville Town Hall and all other public town buildings will require face masks while indoors. The mask mandate went into effect Aug. 20 and will remain in effect for 30 days or until rescinded by the Shelby County Health Department.

The town encourages residents and visitors to use alternate methods to handle Town Hall business online or through drop boxes. For Town Hall assistance, dial 901.457.2200.

The town will continue to provide updates on colliervilletn.gov and our social media sites: facebook.com/townofcollierville; twitter.com/ColliervilleGov.

• Public Meetings

The Town of Collierville will continue to conduct public meetings but encourage residents to participate virtually; there will be limited space in the Board Chamber Room to keep attendees at a six feet distance.

Residents can see meeting agendas, watch live streams and recordings, and submit electronic comments by visiting colliervilletn.gov/publicmeetings. eComment allows residents to comment on meeting agenda items without being physically present; for Board of Mayor and Aldermen meetings, residents can submit eComments up until one hour (5 p.m.) before the meeting begins.
