Collierville welcomes two new corporate headquarters | Collierville Independent

The week of July 18 was fresh with new beginnings for two of Collierville’s largest corporate headquarters.

On July 21, town officials, along with representatives of Boyle Investments and Helena Chemical, celebrated the opening of Boyle’s newest investment in Collierville.

The 50,000-square-foot “Class A” office complex at 255 Schilling Blvd. will add another piece of mixed-use core at Schilling Farms, which is fast becoming Collierville’s premier district for corporate headquarters.

Helena Chemical, who is expanding their presence in Collierville, will be the anchor tenant of 25,000-square-feet of the new complex.

“We want to thank Boyle for their new investment in Collierville with this Class A office complex,” said Mayor Stan Joyner. “Every day, Collierville is making strides towards becoming a place where world class businesses bring their dreams and build their businesses. This new office complex development brings a level of national prestige and recognition that the Collierville business community will welcome and embrace.

“It is great to see one of our existing companies prosper and expand into this space,” he continued. “Helena has held a strong presence in our community for many years, and we look forward to continuing to watch them grow and prosper.”

As the ribbon fell, opening the doors to the new office space at Schilling Farms, construction machinery was working to clear the site for Orgill Inc.’s new world headquarters, which represents a $21 million dollar investment in Collierville.

The site of the new Orgill Inc. headquarters will be located on the east side of Houston Levee Road between Winchester and Bailey Station Road. The new headquarter facility will accommodate 115 new jobs the company will create, with salaries averaging $65,000.

The current 300 employees will also relocate to Collierville. The company expects to move into the new facility in the fourth quarter of 2017.

“We are certainly looking forward to having Orgill Inc. join the Collierville corporate community.” said Joyner.
