Collierville utilities offers payment plan for past due bills

Starting on March 11, Collierville stopped disconnecting water service due to unpaid utility bills.
With the continued economic impact of COVID-19 for residents and businesses, the town is offering a payment plan for missed utility payments.
The town’s Finance Department is mailing notices and payment plan information to impacted customers and will resume water disconnection on Aug. 5.
The payment plan agreement allows customers to spread out missed payments and keep water service turned on at their home or business.
The payment plan is a limited time offer that requires a minimum down payment of $50.
The agreement also requires future bills to be paid on their due date.
If customers have questions about the payment plan, please contact Utilities at 901.457.2240 or [email protected]
