1947 – 2021
Charles Ivan Caskill, age 74, resident of Cordova, Tennessee and husband of Ellen Hawkins, departed this life Thursday morning, August 12, 2021 at his home.
Charles was born May 28, 1947 in New York City, New York, the son of the late Melton J. Caskill and Sylvia Wilson Caskill. He grew up in Bayside, New Jersey and received his education in Fair Lawn, New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware. He was the owner of JMC Products and was married February 14, 2004 to Ellen Hawkins. Charles was of the Christian faith and his family and dogs were his life.
Mr. Caskill is survived by his wife, Ellen Hawkins of Cordova, TN; his daughter, Susan C. Conrad (David) of Olive Branch, MS; his son, Steffen Caskill (Anna Covington) of Collierville, TN; his sister, Wendy Hicks (Michael) of Crozet, VA; and affectionately known as “pawpaw” to three grandchildren, Jackson Caskill, Emma Caskill and James Campbell.
Memorial Services for Mr. Caskill will be held at 6 P.M. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Collierville First Baptist Church with Dr. Chuck Herring officiating.
