Board OKs development agreements | Collierville Independent

The Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen has approved a development agreement and final site plan for CCL Label, which is growing its existing facility on Progress Road.

The new 84,275-square-foot building will provide additional office and production space.

Earlier this year, the town approved an eight-year PILOT for CCL Label to limit real and personal property taxes. The business makes product labels for agricultural and specialty chemical manufacturers.
