Arrests 

• Joseph W. Paul (suspect), Collierville, charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, improper backing and reckless driving.

• David Dean III (suspect), Grand Junction, charged with improper lane use, violating the open container law, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance (5 grams of marijuana), possession of a weapon while under the influence (Glock .40 pistol), unlawful possession of a weapon and reckless driving.

• Gysammuell D. Wells (suspect), Memphis, charged with possession of a controlled substance (3.6 grams of marijuana) and window tint violation.

• Michelle L. Carter (suspect), Collierville, charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance (10 dosage units of Adderall). 

• Kelon L. Hall (suspect), Red Bank, Miss., charged with possession of a controlled substance (3 grams of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, registration violation and improper lane use.

• Cameron B. Riggins (suspect), Moscow, charged with possession of a controlled substance (3.55 grams of marijuana) and window tint violation.

• Bethany R. Sanders (suspect), Rossville, charged with theft of property less than $1,000 (Walmart).

• Tracy Marlar (suspect), Cordova, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. 

• Jalen Philmore (suspect), Collierville, charged with theft of property (vehicle tag).

• Sterling Q. Wade (suspect), Olive Branch, Miss., charged with speeding 21 and over, driving without a license, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance (5 grams of marijuana).

• Ashley Gray (suspect), misuse of registration, violating the insurance law, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turning movement and registration violation. 

• Arturo A. Segovia (suspect), Turlock, Calif., Kenny O. Smith (suspect) and Kevin R. Wilson (suspect), Memphis, charged with manufacturing/selling/delivering a controlled substance (555.7 grams of marijuana), possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, improper lane use, speeding, violating the open container law, reckless driving, driving under the influence, public intoxication, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
